Is my right hon. Friend aware that that Answer will give great satisfaction to many people who are interested in furthering better relationships, not only between Britain and the U.S.S.R., but between Britain and the other East European countries, particularly at this moment when we are considering going into the Common Market? Will the Foreign Secretary say whether he proposes to raise again the question of the nuclear-free zone associated with the name of Mr. Rapacki?
It is much too soon, even if it were wise, for us to suggest what items will come up for discussion there, but I very much agree with the earlier part of my hon. Friend's Question.
