Would the hon. Gentleman not agree that what the Chancellor said was that … total output will rise by close to 3 per cent. between the end of 1966 and the end of 1967."?—[OFFICIAL REPORT, 11th April, 1967; Vol. 744, c. 993.] Does not the hon. Gentleman agree that this is equivalent probably to a rise in output over the year as a whole of ½ per cent. over the previous year?
