Is the Parliamentary Secretary aware that his right hon. Friend wrote to me saying that when they fixed the brick target the Government could not have foreseen the economic crisis? If the Government could not have foreseen the economic crisis, why did they make such a row about the Tory inheritance, and will they now eat their words?
