I think that it will be convenient to take with that Amendment, the next two Amendments: No. 13, in page 2, line 22, at end insert: (5) Within two months of the receipt by the Board of Trade of an application for an office development permit, or within such extended period as the applicant may allow, the Board shall inform the applicant in writing of their decision thereon and of the reasons for that decision; and in default by the Board, in so informing the applicant an office development permit shall be deemed to have been issued by the Board at the expiration of the time aforesaid in accordance with the said application. No. 14, in line 22, at end insert: (5) The Board of Trade shall give to the applicant full reasons for their decision in granting or refusing an office development permit.
