I shall give the same answer to that question as the Chancellor gave when he was on this side during our discussion of the last Finance Bill. What taxation is increased, and the nature of the taxation, is tip to the Government of the day to—[Interruption.] I say that if it were not for the crisis of confidence created by the right hon.
