Before I call for the reading of the Orders of the Day it is probably convenient for me to tell the House what I understand is the wish about the distribution of the rest of the debate on the Address.

I understand that it is desired to concentrate today on economic affairs, on Thursday on technology, and on Friday that we should have a debate which is general. I anticipate for Monday and Tuesday selecting Amendments, but, as I have not seen them, or all of them, I do not pronounce about that now.
