Would the hon. Gentleman seek information from his Department and decide whether his regional office is adequately briefing the overspill-receiving areas concerned, because, although these figures do not show that a serious situation exists, I have been informed unofficially that one employment exchange manager has not received proper information about the arrival of population from Birmingham?

I will certainly ensure that the hon. Member's point is fully investigated.
