As my right hon. Friend the Leader of the House indicated on 2nd November, we hope it will be possible to introduce the Bill this Session, if sufficient progress is made with the Government's programme.

Is the Minister aware that this is a very important Bill, on which many weeks of work were expended by the House of Lords in the last Session? Is he also aware that the Government have produced two Bills, and that he has had over two weeks to answer my Question? Is it not possible to give us a definite statement now that this Bill will be introduced in the present Session?

No, Sir. I cannot go further than I have stated in my Answer.
