Will the Minister confirm that production this year is approximately 20 per cent. down? In view of the fact that major redundancy threatens a factory near Coventry and that a factory in Birmingham seems likely to close in the spring, does not this call for urgent action by the Government? Furthermore, what will be the position of this industry if we go into the Common Market and have to face the competition of similar products from Italy, Germany and France?
