Mr. G. Wilson:

asked the Minister of Health what progress has been made towards the building of the new hospital at Truro; and if he will make a statement.

The South Western Regional Hospital Board expects that the working drawings for the first phase will be completed by the end of next month and the bills of quantities by next May.

Mr. Wilson:

Is the Minister aware that much the same sort of observation as I made in my supplementary question to Question No. 33 applies to Truro? This has been on the books for a very long time without any visible sign of anything being done on the ground.
