Is not the Prime Minister aware that a Motion on this subject has been signed by many of his hon. Friends? If the right hon. Gentleman was right to raise this topic with the President of the United States on television before the General Election, would not he think it right to raise it personally once again now that the 1960 quota has been imposed?
