asked the President of the Board of Trade how many Dakota aircraft have been sold to Russia since he removed them from the strategic list published last October.

Is the right hon. Gentleman surprised at that? Did he notice that last weekend the TU 114 flew from Moscow to New York in 11 hours, a distance of nearly 5,000 miles? Does he still expect to sell Dakotas to Russia? Will he not try to get out of this Cocom agreement, which is putting him into America's hip pocket, and begin to think of the interests of this country?
