asked the President of the Board of Trade whether, at his forthcoming trade talks with representatives of the Soviet Government's Ministry of Trade in Moscow, he will invite a trade delegation of Soviet trade experts to visit this country, as guests of Her Majesty's Government, for the purpose of visiting British factories, workshops, etc., and generally looking at British industry.

I will bear this suggestion in mind.
