My right hon. Friend is at present considering proposals for this purpose, the importance of which he fully appreciates, but he is not yet in a position to make a statement.

Will the Joint Parliamentary Secretary give us any idea of what proposals he is considering, and can he tell us whether he is contemplating using the services of the Airways Flying Club, which is a non-profit-making and very efficient organisation with a proven experience in training pilots?
