Whilst appreciating that we have to await the return of the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, may I ask if the Minister will convey to the right hon. Gentleman the great anxiety of, I believe, Members in all parts of the House on this matter, and the anxiety also of the trade, to have specific information as soon as possible, following upon the encouraging statement made by the right hon. Gentleman?
