Will the right hon. Gentleman say when the new edition is to be available? In order to enable hon. Members to measure the extent of the Government's double-think on Cyprus, will he arrange to place a copy of the first edition and of the revised edition in the Library of the House?

If it is the wish of the House, certainly a copy can be placed in the Library. I am afraid I cannot tell the hon. Member what the date will be, but certainly it will be within the next few months.
