asked the Minister of Works when the carpets outside the Strangers Dining Room will, in view of their condition, be renewed.

Does the Parliamentary Secretary not think that at a time when the most intricate problems face hon. Members, the Government and the world at large, it is a waste of time and intolerable that Questions of this kind and of so trivial a character should be placed on the Order Paper?
