Can the Minister say what is happening in this business? Both the local education authority and the Minister say that they have dispatched letters to each other which have got lost in the post; and parents, potential students and local industry want to know when a start is to be made on the preparatory work. Who is responsible for the delay? Is it the Minister's Department or the local education authority?

The fact is that we have not yet received at the Ministry the submission of the Middlesex Local Education Authority, but we hope that we shall be receiving it soon.
