Is the right hon. Gentleman aware that my hypothesis has stemmed from information received from business people in Gibraltar; and will he keep a very watchful eye on the matter? Is the right hon. Gentleman aware that there has already been far too much economic penetration in other parts of the world where our interests lie, and ought we not to be careful that economic penetration into Gibraltar is not intended for political purposes?

I am aware of nothing which would substantiate what the right hon. Gentleman has just suggested. If he has information to that effect, perhaps he might care to send it to me.
