Oral Answers to Questions — Hospitals – in the House of Commons at 12:00 am on 31 October 1955.
asked the Minister of Health what progress has been made with regard to the building of the Cardiff Training Hospital.
Examination of the schedules of accommodation continues as quickly as their complexity allows, but I cannot at present add to the reply I gave to the hon. Member on 25th July.
That leaves us exactly where we were. Would the Minister be kind enough to indicate when he expects the committee to be able to invite the plans for the hospital?
It does not leave us quite where we were, because the comments on the schedule have been made and are now with the Welsh Board of Health. I cannot give the precise date when I shall be able to make a definite announcement, but I am hoping to do so by the end of this year. If the hon. Member likes to keep in touch with me, I will tell him when to put a Question down about that.
