asked the President of the Board of Trade whether he is aware that, since he announcedthe launching of the so-called Buckie-Peterhead Scheme, there have been no developments of any importance in the North-East of Scotland; and as this has given rise to confusion and disappointment, whether he will now state precisely what has been achieved under the scheme, and what further developments the Government have in mind.
