Has not the hon. Gentleman been told about the discussion on television policy which took place at the recent annual general meeting of the Jockey Club in which the Prime Minister took part? May we know something about those negotiations or discussions, because the activities of the Prime Minister in the Departmental field are always matters of ominous public importance? May I have an answer? Does the hon. Gentleman know anything at all about it?
