asked the Assistant Postmaster-General if he will give an indication of the subjects discussed with the Post Office Advisory Council during 1952.
The following subjects have been discussed: (1) Post Office finance; (2) Telephone development; (3) The new stamps; (4) Overseas cable communications; (5) Overseas telegraph rates.
Can the Minister say whether the Advisory Council are prepared and willing to discuss subjects suggested by the users of the Post Office services?
I should be pleased to place before my noble Friend any suggestion that my hon. Friend might care to make in that direction.
