asked the Minister of Agriculture whether he is satisfied that the Warble Fly Order is being observed; and how many prosecutions there were in 1951 for the infringement of this Order.

The reports received from the veterinary officers of my Department show that there was an improvement last year in the compliance with the Warble Fly Order, but there is still room for further improvement. There were 21 prosecutions in 1951 and 15 convictions.
