asked the Minister of Fuel and Power whether he is aware of the threat to Britain's European coal markets inherent in the present rate of deliveries and the anticipated total exports for 1952; the growing foreign competition in European markets; and what early prospect exists of increasing the annual rate of 12,500,000 tons in 1952.
