I am very anxious that when negotiations are taking place there should not be in this House or from this Bench criticism of one of two parties who are bargaining. I can assure the hon. Lady that I shall do my utmost to press on these negotiations in order to deal with the point.
My right hon. Friend's attention has been drawn to this report. He is, however, advised that there is not yet sufficient evidence of the exact relationship between heavy smoking and cancer of the lung to justify a publicity campaign. Further investigations are in progress.
