Further to that point of order. If it is not convenient for my right hon. Friend's question to be answered, may I put this to you, Mr. Deputy-Speaker? Would it then be possible to divide the Amendment to the Address, which is now before the House, into two parts, one—[Interruption.] I am perfectly certain that if you hear the question, Mr. Deputy-Speaker, you will be able to answer it without the assistance of these constant interruptions from the Front Bench.
