I wish to raise a point of order with you, Mr. Deputy-Speaker, and I appreciate your difficulty. I have put a point to the Government which is relevant to the business of the day—[HON. MEMBERS: "It is not a point of order."] I put it that we cannot effectively go on with our work, and I want to ask whether you would give facilities to a member of the Government to tell us what their comment is upon the real dilemma which I put to the Government at this moment. I wonder if you would be good enough to allow the Prime Minister or the Leader of the House or the Home Secretary, who ever it may be, to give us some guidance on this point.
