Since my right hon. Friend has said that he took this action as a result of a Debate in this House, could he cause the contents of his communication to the hon. and gallant Member for Petersfield (Sir G. Jeffreys) to be communicated to the House as a whole, either through the OFFICIAL REPORT, or otherwise?
