As a result of the Debate in the House of the 20th July, I asked the Governor to let me have a report on the complaints of ex-Service men in Jamaica and a statement of the policy of his Government in this matter. I shall communicate with the hon. and gallant Gentleman as soon as I have received the Governor's reply.
