I asked the right hon. and gallant Gentleman if he had a point of Order to raise. So far he has not put that point of Order to me. I permitted the Minister to say a few words and similarly allowed the right hon. and gallant Gentleman to intervene, but if he has a point of Order, I must now ask him to put it forthwith, or to allow the hon. Member in possession to proceed.
