Resolved, That, for the purposes of any Act of the present Session to make provision as to the effect of the expiry of the Debts Clearing Offices and Import Restrictions Act, 1934, it is expedient to authorise—

1. (a) the payment out of moneys provided by Parliament of any expenses incurred by the Treasury in carrying the first-mentioned Act into execution; and
2. (b) the payment into the Exchequer of any sums recovered by the Crown under the said first-mentioned Act in respect of the rights of the Clearing Offices."—[Mr. Wilson.]
