I beg to move, in page 19, line 40, after "includes," to insert: the Metropolitan Police Fund and. This is a minor drafting Amendment to extend the interpretation of "pensions fund" to include the Metropolitan Police Fund. This has become necessary because of the admission of the Metropolitan Police Fund to the class in respect of which the transfer machinery of Clause 2 may be applied.
