51. To ask the Minister of Labour if he is aware that in Midland factories the output per man hour is showing a downward trend since the four-day working week was introduced in October; and if he will endeavour to institute a five-day week whilst still avoiding power cuts.

On a point of Order. Is it in order for this Question to be passed without some answer, as it obviously has very great propaganda value?

Whether it carries propaganda value or not, it was in Order apparently, because it passed the Table. It was not asked, and I have no comment to make.
