Is the Foreign Secretary aware that the Deputy Prime Minister of the Soviet Union signed the official Cominform manifesto describing the Prime Minister and the Foreign Secretary as traitors; and whether it is not clear that this is the reconstitution of the Comintern in an aggravated form with advance headquarters in Belgrade and rear headouarters in Moscow?
