asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what regulations govern the manufacture of toy soldiers, or other small figures, in the British zone of Germany; and whether such regulations apply equally in all four zones.

There are no regulations in the British zone, or in Germany as a whole, directly governing the manufacture of toy soldiers or other small figures.
