Mr. Vane:
asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs how much longer it is intended to retain in use in Germany the normal questionnaire, Fragebogen, where, among the 131 questions to be answered, Germans are expected to say how they voted in the elections of November, 1932, and March, 1933.
Secretary of State was originally the title given to the two officials who conducted the Royal Correspondence under Elizabeth I. Now it is the title held by some of the more important Government Ministers, for example the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs.
