asked the Minister of Agriculture if he is aware that farmers in Norfolk who were instructed to send their sugar beet to Felstead when the Cantley factory was closed during the fuel crisis have, as a result, lost the value of 1½ cwt. of pulp per 1 ton of beet; and what steps he is taking to make good to these farmers the pulp which they normally rely upon as feedingstuff.
