Does my right hon. Friend appreciate that the basic allocation of this company was based on a period when supplies of fish were much lower than they are at present, and even lower than they are likely to be in a few months? Will he give an assurance that everything possible will be done to enable this company to deal with the increasing supplies of offal, which they are not in a position to control?
