asked the Minister of Food whether he is aware that 1,000 tons of fish offal has now accumulated unprocessed at the works of the Grimsby Fish Meal Company, Limited, owing to lack of fuel; and what steps he is taking to prevent a loss of animal feedingstuffs and a nuisance to the town of Grimsby.
