Is the hon. Gentleman aware that the rentals charged by theatre landlords are gross and excessive, and that they are directed particularly against non-profit making companies, which are subsidised by the taxpayer, and contravene the spirit of the agreement arrived at by the Board of Customs and Excise? Will he accept my assurance that an inquiry of the nature I have suggested is urgently necessary?
