Is the right hon. Gentleman aware that when the Territorial Army is reconstituted, it will be amateur officers who will have to go to these drills; and when he says "the army," does he mean that these amateur officers have to add to their other tasks the great labour of keeping P.A.Y.E. accounts and making deductions? Is he aware that this is likely to wreck the whole scheme of reconstitution?
