asked the Minister of Labour whether, in view of the urgency of making suitable arrangements for the staggering of holidays this season, he will accelerate the issue of his report, or make an early statement on the matter.

Arrangements to promote the staggering of holidays this year are already well in hand, and are in no way dependent on the issue of the report of my Department for the years 1939–46, which will include some account of the work.
