asked the President of the Board of Trade what are the present average prices of the four principal raw materials imported from the U.S.A. into the United Kingdom; what were the corresponding prices in 1938; and what is the difference in percentage in these prices.
As the answer includes a number of figures I will, with the hon. Member's permission, circulate it in the OFFICIAL REPORT.
It would be, if the supplies of paper were available, but they are not.
Do not the figures, which the Parliamentary Secretary has given, show that there is enough paper, and that he is not using it for the right purposes?
