asked the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster whether he is now able to report on any arrangements for enabling German Jews or other German victims of Nazi persecution who have been freed from concentration camps or have emerged from hiding, to obtain rations in excess of those allowed to ordinary Germans; and, if so, will he explain the arrangements for enabling these victims to establish their claim.
