asked the President of the Board of Trade whether he is aware that Telco, Limited, machine tool makers, of Gordon Square on the Bedford Estate, in spite of repeated protests, have been given notice to quit on 25th March next; and whether, in view of the fact that similar evictions of small industrial firms and commercial businesses are taking place all over the London area, he will consider taking the necessary powers to prevent such evictions during the transition period.
