I mentioned specifically Clause 8 (5) with which the Chancellor, of the Exchequer is now dealing. You, Mr. Williams, ruled that I was not entitled to do so Shall I now be entitled to follow on the same lines as the speech which the Chancellor of the Exchequer is now making?
