I have an Amendment in line 44, at end, insert: or such right restrictive of the user of any land on which there are government war works as may be necessary in order to secure for the Crown the right to determine the use to which any such works may be put. This Amendment is related to one in my name to Clause 8, Sub-section (5). If the Amendment to this Clause is not made, the Amendment to Clause 8 cannot be operated.
