I have been asked to reply. Yes, Sir. Improvements of hospital accommodation, both at Dar es Salaam and elsewhere, are at present being carried out, at an approximate cost of £100,000. Further improvements will be provided for in the post-war development programme, but this is still under consideration, and my right hon. and gallant Friend is not in a position to make a statement as to the details.
