asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will cause a list to be prepared of all the minor works which have been constructed on the Scottish coast by the service departments concerned with a view to ascertain-fishermen after the war, such as piers, slipways, boatbuilding and repairing yards, ice making plant, cold stores and installations for piping oil to boats; and whether he will approach the departments concerned with a view to ascertaining the terms and conditions on which such works will be made available to fishermen.
